Most practitioners treat what they can see. I look for what they missed.

Every consultation begins with a thorough history and a comprehensive clinical assessment, so your treatment plan is built around your specific presentation rather than a standard protocol, an approach suited to people looking for lasting relief, not just short-term symptom resolution.

“I've lived with nerve pain myself, pins and needles that wouldn't quit, burning down my arm, weakness I couldn't just push through. That's exactly why every patient here gets an unhurried, evidence-based assessment before any care begins. I know what it's like to be on the other side of the table, and I built this practice around the care I would have wanted.”

Our Clinical Philosophy
The Neurological Cost

Nerve pain doesn't just hurt, it wears you down.

When a nerve is compressed or irritated, the muscles around it often tighten up as a defensive mechanism, a protective response we sometimes call guarding. Most patients don't notice it happening. It just shows up as stiffness and tension that won't shift, no matter how much they stretch or rest.

It's one of the most consistent patterns we see in clinic: patients who wake up stiff, feel it build through the day, and reach for painkillers that take the edge off without doing anything for what's actually causing it. Relief and resolution aren't the same thing, mistaking one for the other is often how a manageable issue turns into a long-running one.

Why We Look Past the Pain Itself

“If you've tried rest, painkillers, stretching, and seen a few different practitioners, and your nerve pain is still bothering you, that's not a reason to give up, it often means the real driver was never properly identified. That's the work we focus on with every nerve pain patient who walks through our North Ryde clinic.”

Frequently asked questions about our care.

Everything you need to know about our low-force adjusting methods, insurance rebates, and what to expect during your first visit.

Your initial consultation starts with detailed history-taking, followed by a thorough physical, neurological and orthopedic examination, your modesty is preserved throughout, and gowns are provided where necessary. If you have prior scans, X-rays, or specialist letters, bring them along; if further imaging is ever warranted, we can refer you locally. By the end of your visit, you'll leave with a clear explanation of what's going on and a considered plan forward. Treatment is usually provided on the initial consultation given the case is deemed within our scope of care.
